R407C Industrial Refrigerant Gas

R407C is a refrigerant gas mixture obtained by blending three different HFC gases – R32, R125, and R134A – in specific proportions. Following the phase-out of R22 gas, it has become a strong alternative in the industry due to its similar operating characteristics and eco-friendly nature.

R407C is typically preferred in air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and commercial refrigeration systems operating in a medium temperature range. Compared to R22, it has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP 0) and offers better energy efficiency. Therefore, it provides a compatible transition in retrofit applications without requiring system changes.

By nature, R407C is a zeotropic mixture, meaning its components vaporize and condense at different rates. For this reason, gas transfer, filling, and recovery should only be performed by trained technicians.
